The Sharks have been hit by a double injury blow, just 24 hours before their gameday against the All Blacks.
Vincent Tshituka and Emile van Heerden were due to play against the All Blacks but will both miss out on the opportunity.
Van Heerden got a call up to the Springboks squad for the Rugby Nations Championship, but is still yet to make his debut.
Van Heerden was due to be in the starting lineup, but will be replaced by Deon Slabbert.
Slabbert joined the Sharks from the Pumas earlier this year.
Tshituka has two caps for the Springboks making his debut last year against Italy. He is out of the match against the All Blacks due to a reported head injury.
The injury news had come thanks to RugbyPass.
