Cardiff vs Stormers URC preview as the sides meet at Cardiff Arms Park.

Cardiff currently sit seventh in the table, level on points with Ulster behind them and one point ahead of Connacht in ninth. A win will guarantee Cardiff a place in the top eight, but defeat could see them miss out on Champions Cup rugby for next year and the playoffs.

The Stormers currently sit second in the table, one point behind the Glasgow Warriors. A win for the Stormers would guarantee at least a home semi-final, if they make it there, and they could finish top. They are still guaranteed a top-four place as they are five points ahead of the Lions in fourth.

Stormers came back to action after a disappointing loss with a huge win over Glasgow. This put them at the top of the table. In the last round, they travelled to Belfast to take on Ulster in a controversial game across the board. The game finished 38-38, the Stormers scoring in the last play after being awarded a penalty try in the final play for a high tackle when Nathan Doak thought he had held up.
