Blues vs Fijian Drua Super Rugby preview as the sides meet at Eden Park, with the home side level on points at the top of the league.

The Blues have won four of their six games so far this season and sit behind the Hurricanes on points difference, having played a match more. The Fijian Drua have won two of their opening five games, but have yet to pick up a bonus point, either for winning or losing. A win could see them catch up to the Chiefs in mid-table, but a loss could see them overtaken by the two teams below them in the table.

They started this run with a comprehensive win over the Crusaders and continued it against Moana Pasifika and the Waratahs in the last round. The Waratahs held a 20-8 lead over the Blues approaching 50 minutes, scoring four unanswered tries to win with a bonus point, 35-20.

The Reds then powered on and scored two tries in 10 minutes to kill the game with a 21-6 win.
