Wales’ top five performers in the 2016 Six Nations

Wales have had a decent 2016 Six Nations campaign. Of course, it hasn’t been brilliant (with England claiming the Grand Slam), but there’s plenty of positives for Warren Gatland to take from the tournament going into this summer’s tour of New Zealand.

With the World Cup over and Wales now firmly casting their eyes to the 2019 World Cup in Japan, it was over to the selection of youngsters to make their mark ahead of the World Cup in four years time. And then, it was up to the established Welshman like Dan Biggar, Alun Wyn Jones, Sam Warburton and Jamie Roberts to bring success to Wales again.

Here, we look at Wales’s top five performers in the 2016 Six Nations.
