The All Blacks have announced that Wallace Sititi has had to withdraw from the game against the Stormers due to injury.
Sititi will be replaced by Anton Segner who will wear the number seven shirt, while Peter Lakai will move to number eight.
This is a disappointing injury for the young back rower who had the opportunity to impress in the number eight shirt while Ardie Savea is given some rest.
Segner’s chance to shine
German born, Anton Segner, comes into the team after making his debut against Italy in the Rugby Nations Championship.
By the time Segner came onto the pitch against Italy, the game was almost certainly sealed and therefore Segner wasn’t able to make much of an impact on the game. This will be his first start in an All Blacks jersey.
