The IRFU has turned the 2026 Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Series from a fixture list into a clearer August runway by confirming every venue and kick-off time.
The competition opens on Saturday, 8 August, with Munster hosting Leinster at Virgin Media Park at 2.30pm before Ulster meet Connacht at Affidea Stadium at 4.15pm.
That double-header shape continues through the league phase. Munster face Ulster at Virgin Media Park on 15 August, while Leinster host Connacht at Energia Park later the same day. The final league round sends Ulster against Leinster and Connacht against Munster on 22 August.
Finals Day Gives Dexcom Stadium The Sharpest Slot
Dexcom Stadium will stage Finals Day on Saturday, 29 August, with the third-place play-off at 2pm and the final at 4.30pm. The full series will again be shown live on the Spórt TG4 YouTube channel, keeping the domestic pathway visible beyond provincial grounds.
That matters. The Interpros remain one of the clearest bridges between club rugby, provincial selection and Ireland honours. Former Ireland international Claire Molloy is part of that wider lineage, while IRFU women’s development lead Amanda Greensmith has repeatedly framed the series as a platform for players to show they can handle the top domestic level.
The venue confirmation now gives provinces the detail they need for planning, promotion and squad management. More importantly, it gives the competition a clean broadcast rhythm across four consecutive Saturdays.
