Leinster bounced back from their Champions Cup final disappointment with a resounding win over the Lions and an excellent performance in the 10 shirt from Sam Prendergast. They scored a resounding nine tries on their way to a 59-10 win, although they only led 14-5 shortly before the halftime break.

The Stormers ended the regular season with only one win in their final four URC games. They will now have to win two away games if they want to win the title. They won their quarter final with a strong 44-21 win over Cardiff. They scored six tries, three coming in each half, but will be disappointed to have lost Feinberg-Mngomezulu to injury as he scored the fourth try.
