Cadan Murley became the joint second highest all-time PREM Try scorer for Harlequins, after his try against Newcastle Red Bulls at the weekend. He joins Mike Brown on 56 tries, but still a long way off the leader, Danny Care on 85. Alex Dombrandt also moved up into fourth on 53 tries, ahead of Ugo Moyne.
Murley’s Career
Murley has been at Quins since 2017, and made his debut against Scarlets in the Anglo-Welsh Cup. Since then, the 26-y-o winger has made 148 appearances for Quins and scored 365 points. Murley made his debut for England in the Six Nations against Ireland this season and scored a try. He also represented England at u18’s and u20’s. Murley has played six times for his Country and scored 20 points, scoring tries against Argentina and United States in the Summer Series in 2025. He also scored in the final game of this season’s Six Nations against France.
Alex Dombrandt also moved up in the table into fourth place behind Brown and Murley on 53 tries. He scored the first try in the 76-17 thrashing of bottom side Newcastle Red Bulls, after just two minutes. The 29-y-o Flanker has played at Quins all his career since 2018. He has made 172 appearances and scored 425 points.
Internationally, he represented Wales at u20, qualifying as a resident student at a Welsh University. He made his England debut in July 2021 against Canada, and has since made 23 appearances, scoring one try, against Wales in the Six Nations in 2022. Dombrandt was last in the England Squad during the 2025 Six Nations, although he didn’t play.
