England dismantle Scotland
Kildunne scored the first and the third tries as England ran in 12 in their victory over Scotland.
The win has kept England’s winning streak since the 2022 World Cup final defeat against the Black Ferns. They have won each Six Nations since 2019, winning a Grand Slam every year since 2022.
This win against Scotland also made it 30 wins for the Red Roses over Scotland, stretching back to the year 2000.
Ellie Kildunne: becoming a star
Kildunne is still only 26 and therefore as a lot of time left in the game. She also brings a certain level of personality, finishing second in the BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 2025 after England’s World Cup success.
She made her Red Roses debut in 2017, scoring against Canada and within a year had also decided to move to the sevens and she represented Team GB at the 2024 Olympics. Despite transitioning from XV’s to Sevens in that year, she had still done enough to be named World XV’s Player of the year in 2024.
