Wales head coach Warren Gatland has named Tomos Williams in his starting lineup for the Six Nations opener against France, according to a report on BBC Sport.
Gatland has chosen to start the scrum-half ahead of Gareth Davies, who has to settle for a place on the bench.

Wales have had some injury scares in recent weeks but Gatland has only made three changes to the side that impressively defeated South Africa in November.
Nicky Smith and Ellis Jenkins miss out due to injury and have been replaced by Rob Evans and Josh Navidi.
Gatland said:
We come into the game on an impressive run of results, but we know how tough it will be to face France in Paris in the tournament opener.
It will be a huge contest but we are excited going into it. We have a great deal of experience across the team and on the bench and we want to kick things off well on Friday.
Wales finished second in the 2018 Six Nations and will be hoping to give Gatland the perfect send off this year by lifting the trophy.
