England captain Owen Farrell has backed his side ahead of the second Test against South Africa.
The first match saw South Africa jump out to an early lead, but England showed high character in pushing the Springboks all the way to the wire, eventually losing 42-39.

With the three-game series now on the line, a result in Bloemfontein is necessary for England to take the tour to a deciding match.
Farrell is confident that the team have reacted the right way to their loss last weekend.
The Saracens star said:
A lot of honest conversations have gone on in a really productive way,
Everybody is pulling in the same direction.
We had a good chat about the discipline side of things. I just think we got stuck in a bit of a rut on the weekend,
The key for us is to be as calm as we possibly can be this weekend.

Head coach Eddie Jones recognised the gravity of Saturday’s match:
The players have really taken the bit between their teeth [this week],
I’m really pleased with the way they have taken responsibility.
They are all big games – every Test match is a big game,
With Brad Shields making his full England debut, the side will carry the hopes of a nation in the southern hemisphere.
