Wales wing Alex Cuthbert will leave club side Cardiff Blues at the end of the season and sign for the Exeter Chiefs in the Aviva Premiership.
As a result, he will be unable for selection for Wales, under new rules brought in this season by the Welsh Rugby Union. The rules stipulate that only players with 60+ caps for the national team will be allowed to sign for a club outside for Wales, and continue to play in the famous red jersey.

Cuthbert, has called the bluff.
Joining Exeter, the reigning Premierchip champions will be set to get a little biit stronger than they already are.
In defence of their crown, Exeter are top of the table, a whole eight points clear of closest challengers Saracens.
If the strong do indeed get stronger in this world, the case of Cuthbert signing for Exeter would support such a thesis.

The 27-year-old has made 83 appearances for the Cardiff Blues, scoring a very impressive 39 tries in that time.
For Wales, Cuthbert wasn’t a million miles away from making that 60-cap milestone, as he currently sits on 47.
However, the allure of the Premiership and a fighting chance amongst the best and brightest in European rugby was too good to refuse.
