Bottom Premiership side London Irish have announced that their director of rugby Nick Kennedy will leave the club after a change of the coaching staff, according to BBC Sport.
The club are set to be relegated after a poor run of results, despite appointing Declan Kidney and Les Kiss as the technical director and the head coach.
Kennedy did help bring the side back up to the Premiership last season but the side have collected just two wins in the Aviva Premiership this season.

The club have really struggled in this campaign and at one stage they had lost 14 consecutive matches, and Kennedy appears to have been out of his depth in this recent spell.
Kennedy had a small spell in the England team in the past, winning seven caps in total, but is set to leave the Exiles after Kidney and Kiss came to the club.
The club president Mick Crossan spoke about the situation:
We’re disappointed he has decided to move on,
Nick will always be a major figure in the London Irish history books.
He was an excellent player and we believed that he had a promising career in front of him as a coach, which we had hoped that he would fulfil under the guidance of Declan Kidney and Les Kiss.
