England make changes for Paris as Hartley misses out

England captain Dylan Hartley is to miss England’s fourth match in the Six nations, taking place this weekend in Paris.

The clash with France is a pivotal game for England, after losing in the previous round to a resurgent Scotland team, by a score of 25-13.

However, England will have to resurrect their dreams of Six Nations glory without their skipper and hooker. A tight calf will mean the experienced Hartley will be just a spectator for the penultimate game in the competition.

Inside centre Owen Farrell will take over captaincy duties, as Mako Vunipola receives the nod as vice-captain.
