England add Sinckler and Daly to squad

It was announced Monday night that England head coach Eddie Jones has added Kyle Sinckler and Elliot Daly have been added to the practice squad ahead of the penultimate game of the Six Nations.

After a disastrous defeat to Scotland in the Calcutta Cup by a score of 25-13, Jones has seen fit to add some fresh blood to his roster.

Sinckler, the Harlequins prop, is returning from a hamstring injury, and if he sees action against France next weekend will be making his ninth appearance for his country.

Wasps back Elliot Daly missed his club game last week with a calf injury, but has recovered enough to be named in the practice squad. The 25-year-old has received 16 England caps.

England will travel to Paris to try and keep their Six Nations dreams alive, as the clash in the final week looks likely to determine the winner of this year’s championship.
