After a season of many surprises, we have yet again reached the Aviva Premiership play-offs. Four teams will battle it out to lift the Premiership trophy at Twickenham on 28th May.
The four teams who will take part this season are Saracens, Exeter Chiefs, Leicester Tigers and Wasps.
League stage winners and European Champions Saracens will take on Leicester Tigers at Allianz Park, and Exeter Chiefs host Wasps.
