With Scarlets hosting Cardiff Blues at the Parc Y Scarlets on Saturday, we’ve put together a combined XV between the two Welsh rivals.
Wayne Pivac’s Scarlets sit in third place in the Pro12, with Blues occupying ninth after their impressive victory over Treviso last week. Cardiff Blues travel to Llanelli to try and cement a Champions Cup place ahead of the Ospreys, who have surpassed Danny Wilson’s side after last night’s victory over Newport Gwent Dragons. A win could see Blues back into eighth place, and within touching distance of Glasgow Warriors in seventh.
Scarlets have had an impressive Pro12 campaign, winning 13 games and losing just five. Subsequently, they sit in third place with an outside chance of going to the final in Edinburgh.
