Vunipola brothers sign new Saracens contracts

England international forwards Billy & Mako Vunipola have both signed new contracts at Aviva Premiership champions, Saracens.

The brothers have been a formidable force for Mark McCall’s side for years now, and they’re being rewarded for their efforts with a deal to stay at Allianz Park until 2019.

The duo are currently in Eddie Jones’ England squad as they prepare for Saturday’s showdown against Ireland at Twickenham, although Sarries boss McCall has now claimed that the Vunipolas penning new deals is ‘extremely exciting’

This is fantastic news for everyone associated with the club.

To have two players of the calibre of Mako and Billy commit their futures to Saracens is extremely exciting, as we continue to build a strong squad for the upcoming seasons.

Number-eight, Billy signed for Saracens after two years at Wasps in 2013, and has become an outstanding back-rower for the league leaders. Loosehead prop, Mako signed for Sarries in 2011, following a short stint at Bristol Rugby.

Signing new contracts at the London-based side will certainly be good news for everyone connected to Saracens.
