Joseph described as ‘world-class’ after hat-trick

England centre Jonathan Joseph has been described as ‘world-class’ by Bath team-mate George Ford.

Joseph featured for Eddie Jones’s England in their comfortable 40-9 victory over Italy in the second game-week of the 2016 Six Nations tournament.

Speaking to the Mirror, England and Bath fly-half George Ford claims that Joseph is world-class.

JJ is world class – definitely.

I train with him day in and day out and some of the things he does are unbelievable.

The thing about him is he is still eager to learn and to go out there and get better. He can go anywhere he wants to go as long as he keeps doing that.

Joseph has quickly become one of England’s best players in recent years, with his form for Bath consistently exceptional in the Aviva Premiership. Once called upon on the international stage, the 24-year-old has always delivered too – being named England’s Player of the Year for 2015.

Having acquired 18 England caps, he is now nailed on as the first option at outside-centre for Eddie Jones and Mike Ford for their respective teams.

Joseph bagged a very impressive hat-trick in Rome on Sunday, and will look to continue his scoring ways as England look towards a much desired Grand Slam.
