Few could have guessed how the opening weekend of this year’s RBS Six Nations would have played out in regard to the number of changes amongst the sides competing.
However, both England and France managed to secure victories for their respective new coaches in Eddie Jones and Guy Noves.
Ireland also began their championship defence with a draw against rivals Wales whilst Scotland were unable to continue their form from last year’s Rugby World Cup and Parisse almost proved his worth in gold for Italy.
