Preview: Wasps vs Saracens

Second place, and reigning Aviva Premiership Champions, Saracens are preparing to encounter a tough fixture away to an in-from Wasps.

Wasps are looking forward to putting on a good performance as they hope to climb up the table and into the top five, as they were tipped to by many at the beginning of the season.

Saracens are coming into the match having won all six of their Aviva Premiership matches so far this season, an accolade which could prove to be a problem for Wasps. The Coventry based side have had a good season so far, however accumulating a poor away record on the route to where they are now.

The reigning title winners haven’t lost since falling to the pressure of the Exeter Chiefs back last May at the Allianz Park.

Wasps will have to conjure up a great performance in order to defeat their opposition, having lost their last eight meetings against Saracens.

The Ricoh Arena is expected to hold over 20,000 supporters for Sunday’s match, with a 2pm kick-off.

JP Doyle will referee his 101st Premiership game, his assistants will be Simon McConell and Roger Baileff. Trevor Fisher will be the TMO.

I feel Wasps won’t be able to put up with the form and pressure of Saracens, yet will still put up a fight.

Predicted Score: Wasps 12-38 Saracens
