Former Scotland lock Doddie Weir believes that the Scottish team have a great chance to beat England when they meet this weekend, according to a report on BBC Sport.
Scotland have not beaten England for 10 years but Weir believes that they can break that drought this Saturday.

England are looking to create history by becoming the first ever side to win the Six Nations in three consecutive years but Weir thinks that Scotland can stop them.
He said:
I just think if it’s going to be any year, it’s going to be this year. I would hope they do very well and I think this year, Scotland might edge it.
They have got the passion, they have got the crowd, they have got the home environment and with any luck, that’s what should make the difference.
The English are on fire, they’re a very strong side, they have got very clever players, so you just have to try to not out-muscle them, but maybe out-think them.
Weir made 61 appearances for Scotland during his career and believes that the narrow win against France at Murrayfield in the second round of fixtures could have provided the adequate confidence boost needed to beat England.
Scotland are massive underdogs against England but Weir says that the players have regrouped after the embarrassing loss against Wales in their first match of the Six Nations.
Rugby fans are eagerly anticipating an intriguing encounter between the two on Saturday at Murrayfield.
