Wales have risen above Scotland in the world rankings after beating their rivals in the Six Nations on the weekend, according to a report on Planet Rugby.
Wales were comfortable winners in Cardiff on Saturday as Scotland had a day to forget. The win will feel even sweeter for the Welsh now as they have leapt over the Scots into sixth place in the rankings.
Scotland has dropped down to seventh after the loss whilst South Africa take up the fifth spot.

Wales blew away Scotland and were probably expecting more of a fight from their opponents, who will be feeling dejected after the loss.
England remains in second place as they look to create history this year by attempting to become the first ever side in history to win three consecutive Six Nations titles.
Ireland, who won in dramatic fashion against France in Paris, is in third place with Australia breathing down their neck.
Wales face England at Twickenham on Saturday in what is expected to be an entertaining encounter between the two sides. Wales will be desperate to stop England from producing the offensive masterclass as they did against Italy which saw them score seven tries in the game.
