Burrell back in from the cold following Devoto concussion

England have called up Northampton Saints centre Luther Burrell following the injury to Ollie Devoto that occurred in Bath’s loss to Wasps on Saturday.

Burrell will join the 32-man squad assembled at Pennyhill Park after Devoto suffered a concussion on Saturday.

Devoto has featured once, coming off the bench against Scotland, for Eddie Jones after a surprise call-up ahead of the Six Nations.

Burrell has not appeared in an England shirt since being excluded from Stuart Lancaster’s World Cup squad despite being the first choice for much of Lancaster’s tenure.
