Scotland will host England in the second game of the opening weekend on Saturday in what will definitely define the competition for both sides.
Scotland have tentatively been given a shout of winning the tournament this year after an impressive World Cup and a strong side.
They possess a powerful tight five, a back row that will let themselves be known at the breakdown and Finn Russell, Mark Bennett and Stuart Hogg are all mercurial backs who keep improving at the highest level.
Eddie Jones has chosen an experienced side to make the trip up north with a total of 512 caps and will be looking to go one better than Stuart Lancaster in his four attempts at the championship.
England’s pack will inevitably have the well-drilled ethic that is common place amongst Jones’ squads.
