Who should replace Stuart Lancaster?

Stuart Lancaster’s four-year reign as England head coach came to an end when he announced his resignation on Wednesday.

The former PE teacher saw his side crash out of their own World Cup at the group stages – the first time a host has failed to reach the knockout rounds – and drop to an all-time low of eighth in the world rankings.

And no sooner had Lancaster cleared his desk, than every rugby fan and his dog were speculating who the next England coach would be.

Will the RFU go all out with a big-name foreign export, established Premiership coach or an appointment from left-field.
