As Australia and New Zealand prepare to go head-to-head for the Webb Ellis Cup, Argentina and South Africa must pick themselves up from the disappointment of last week’s semi-finals and contest the third-place play-off.
Neither team have named full-strength sides as an array of injuries have forced both coaches into changes for this effectively meaningless match.
But who would make a combined XV of these two nations?
First things first, just to make the debate interesting, let’s assume that Argentina have not made eight enforced changes through injury and have their star players at their disposal.
