Combined XV: World Cup Final

Here we go, the Rugby World Cup Final. Two great teams, one great trophy and eighty fascinating minutes. New Zealand (The All Blacks) play Australia (The Wallabies) tomorrow [Saturday] to decide you will win the World Cup. Thirty players will kick off the match, fifteen on each team. But what if you could combine both teams into one great team? Well, here it is.
