Some doubts had been prematurely made of the New Zealand side who never reached top form in topping Pool C but last night showed their true colours as they demolished a poor France side in a repeat of the 2011 Rugby World Cup final.
And with a semi-final clash now set up against South Africa, who managed to beat Wales in the first quarter-final clash, will be hoping that they can reach a second successive World Cup final and even more so, will be looking to defend their title.
