This weekend, Bath play away against Newcastle Falcons and will be looking to build on last week’s victory over Worcester Warriors and climb their way up the league table.
Playing away from home, Mike Ford’s side will have to watch out for Newcastle’s stern support which may well propel them on to challenge in the game. However, with the pedigree that Bath have in their squad, and last week’s victory under their belt, it is highly unlikely that Bath will lose this weekend.
Matt Banahan is set to play on the wing for Bath, demonstrating that Bath are focusing on keeping their defense tight but also being dominant in attack.
Newcastle will be lucky to come close to Bath this weekend, despite Bath’s poor form. The Falcons are the only side in the league yet to win a fixture this season and I can’t see them changing that here.
